Add-Ons & Other fees

  • To ensure Verona Grand Hall is maintained to the highest standard for every event, a cleaning fee is applied based on guest count.

    Up to 350 guests: $500

    Up to 400 guests: $600

    Over 400 guests: $700

    This fee covers post-event cleaning, restroom servicing, trash removal, place setting washing, napkin service clean up and venue reset preparation.

  • An 18% bar service gratuity will be added to all bar packages and beverage services. This gratuity ensures our bartending and bar service staff provide exceptional professionalism, attentive service, and the highest level of quality throughout your event.

  • Bar service is included through the contracted service hours. If bar service is requested beyond allowed time frame, an additional fee will apply.

    $200 per additional hour past allowed time.

    Extended bar service must be requested & approved in advance.

  • A refundable Security Damage Waiver Fee is required and is due 30 days prior to the event date. This fee helps protect against damages, missing or stolen items, policy violations, and excessive cleaning beyond normal venue use.

    • Up to 350 guests: $1,000

    • Over 350 guests: $1,500

    The Security Damage Waiver Fee may be applied toward repairs, replacement of missing items, excessive cleanup, or other costs incurred beyond standard venue use. Any remaining balance eligible for refund will be returned following the post-event inspection. Verona Grand Hall reserves up to 14 days after the event date to assess the venue, inventory, and any potential damages before processing and returning any refundable amount.

  • All applicable sales, services and rentals are subject to Indiana state sales tax of 7%, as required by law.
